I heard we are doing our top 5 favourites of 2025, so here's my list. Enjoy!


1. Personalized Nutrition

Imagine a world where YOUR diet is tailored just for you! In 2025, personalized nutrition is taking center stage. Everybody's nutritional needs are different, so stop copying that girl's WIEIAD. How do you know it's even accurate/ she's showing what she's actually eating??


2. Walking

I will always and forever be a Runner girly but recently, my knees and my ankles said "No", so i'm honouring this season by walking more! Walking is considered Zone 1-2 Cardio, which can easily tally up to the 180 min/ week of Zone 2 Cardio target that you should be hitting! Not only that, but I love multitasking when i'm on my walks, listening to worship music or just talking to God when i'm on my walks!


3. Holistic Health Practices

Holistic health is all about healing from the inside out. To be frank, many health complications actually come from emotional baggage that is not released. Healing with God can really SPEED up your healing jouney and also make it long-term and sustainable.


  1. Working out with FRIENDS.

Staying healthy is so much more enjoyable with friends! Community-based wellness initiatives are springing up everywhere, providing opportunities for group workouts, workshops, and events that foster connections and support. Join in on the fun and strengthen your bonds while boosting your well-being!


  1. HYDRATING using Carbonated drinks

I've been using my Sodastream non-stop for the past week and i'm LOVING making some tea or putting some lemon/ ACV in my water for that little fizz to wake me up, especially since it's finals season. Side note: ALL THE BEST to my stuyding Strongkinders!! Try it out. Trust me, You won't regret trying it.

When I began my journey in the health and wellness industry, it was NOT a business idea—it was a mission fueled by my strong desire to promote healthier lifestyles. As a teenager, I faced numerous challenges with nutrition, fitness, and overall well-being. I noticed a significant gap in the market that needed to be filled. This blog post shares my journey, illustrating how my passion transformed into a purpose that has inspired many to pursue better health and wellness.


"Eww... why are there so many things online?"


Reflecting on the past few years of being in the Health and Wellness Industry, I vividly recall the confusion I felt over what it meant to be healthy.


"Go Keto!" Someone said,

"Animal-Based is the way to Go!"

"CARBS ARE BAD FOR YOU."


URGHHHH. How long are they going to keep contradicting each other?


After trying almost every diet on the planet, I became SICK and TIRED of trying to keep up with the latest "juice detox" and new diet from random influencers online.


Do you know what I mean??


Fed up with the trends that kept popping up every week, I started delving into scientific facts. The cold, hard facts that researchers and SCIENTISTS were putting online.


And my, oh my, was I shocked.


After months of research, I come to you with facts from renowned scientists, NOT from big pharma companies. I discovered the importance of whole foods, balanced diets, and regular physical activity. I learned that health is not one-size-fits-all;


It’s about what allows each of us to thrive.


This realization sparked a passion in me to share this knowledge with others and help them find their own paths to wellness.


The Turning Point: A Leap of Faith


After months of planning and brainstorming, I took a leap of faith and launched my first initiative: This website!


The goal was straightforward—to create engaging content that resonated with young people while debunking common myths in health and wellness.

I wanted a place where individuals could find reliable advice served with enthusiasm.


The first few weeks were filled with uncertainty. I worried about how my message would be received. Still, I dedicated myself to my brand—writing articles, crafting guides, and compiling recipes.


Each post reflects my own experiences and those of my peers, forming a rich tapestry of shared dreams for better health.
